Riding in and testing the RH+ range this summer has been fun, thanks to the quality and the designs. And, unlike many brands, who simply create the same jersey in a different colour or pattern, RH+ design extensively. Welcome then to their ladies ‘Fashion’ jersey
Looking across the RH+ ladies range, unlike the Venere jersey, the RH+ Fashion jersey has 3 rear pockets, so has more space for coffee-change and extras such as tools and tube. The extra pocket is always valuable and it helps greatly on longer rides.
The jersey also has a somewhat special neck design, being rounded and a lower cut, to produce a very modern design. The material used by RH+ is Morphic Aero Tech II, and this one is supposed to be a bit more of an aero fabric than the Venere. In practice, it did feel to be good and it fitted my form perfectly, showing off an elegant and yet racy look. The overall quality of the material is superb – with a soft feel and yet a nice tight finish. It’s definitely a performance oriented jersey by RH+, and yet it also has a chic and stylish feel and look to the jersey – especially for women 😉
In use, I found it very comfortable to wear on both long and short rides, with lots of stretch for free flowing and unrestricted movement.
Cuffs and hem are similar to the Venere jersey, with wide elasticated fabric grip, but it’s a more modern and funky design to choose from. It has the usual full length zipper, which is high quality and strong. Having reviewed both the Venere and the Fashion jersey by RH+, it’s a good thing I have them both, as choosing between the two jerseys would be difficult 😉
