Road Cycling Routes in Spain & the Spanish Islands

Spain is home to one of the three great cycling Grand Tours, the Pyrenees, the Picos de Europe, and the magical islands of the Baearics and the Canaries – with some legendary cycling routes and climbs. It seems sensible then, for us to list  our own favourite rides for you.

We’ve put together a collection of super cycling rides, that we’ll continually add to, giving you some great ideas for planning your own cycling vacation. We’re particularly fond of the Basque Region and the Picos de Europe, and will be writing lots about this breathtaking area in 2023, as we bring you lots of cycle route options in and around Potes. For now though, enjoy our initial selection of rides in Spain and the Spanish Islands – fun in the sun, on two wheels!
