Guy & Sarah Kesteven take you on a series of adventure rides into the past
History is all around us, and yet we often fail to see it. Wherever we live, there are aspects to these places that go back to another age, be the landscape itself or in the varied architecture that makes up the fantastic spectrum of buildings that have helped to form the fascinating communities of the United Kingdom.
Going back to his roots, as an archeologist and historian, Guy Kesteven and Sarah, take in a series of epic rides, detailing the wealth of history along the way, and giving anew insight into cycling adventures. From 2024 onwards, we’ll be publishing these truly interesting rides with this Yorkshire based couple, and showing you a new way to look at this bloody fantastic country.
With video guides to the roots on YouTube, along with great mapping by Google Maps and the Ordnance Survey, all of these routes will be listed free for you to simply download and follow. You’ll have to buy your own pie and pint though… and one for Guy and Sarah if you pass you them on the road or trail 😉 .
