Rides in the Sunshine State
Sports and an athletic lifestyle are synonymous with Florida, with traithlon and cycling being high on the list of activities. With year round sunshine and great roads, athletes and social cyclists alike simply love taking to 2 wheels in the sunshine state.
Our Editor in Chief (dep), Nadezhda Pavlova has lived in Florida previously, along with our friend, Katya Swann. It’s way overdue a big shout out here on Pedalnorth, which is why we’ve decided to share some great routes with you. We’ll be producing maps and downloadable GPX files from Nadezhda and others, so that you too can enjoy the great Florida cycling experience.Why not take in the great beach roads, with golden sands sweeping out to sea, or a trip to the Keys for some real southern cycling exploration, or maybe a ride into the western reaches near to Coral. With routes both long and short, we’ve got rides for everyone 🙂
