It’s critical to know the best places to stop and take on board refreshments! Ask any keen cyclists 😉 . Here’s a few of our favourite places:
- Johnny Baghdad’s Cafe – Masham Market Place. Situated in the corner, near to the church, this eclectic cafe is famous with local cyclists, and serves some of the best cafe food in the Dales.
- Jervaulx Abbey Tearooms – Based at historic Jervaulx Abbey, in Lower Wensleydale, this cafe has no equal for its home-made cake!
- The Curious Coffee Company, Easingwold – based in Easingwold market place, on the edge of the Howardian Hills, this is a ‘must stop’ venue on a ride across the Vale of York.
