As a woman involved in sports and lifestyle, I know well how difficult it can be at times to find the right information about the right products for women wanting to stay feminine in sport and cycling. I also know how easily we can can be seen not as athletes, but simply as women, and too often as simply objects – and yes, that’s frustrating. All too often, cycling websites fail to produce the right content for women. We are left as a second option, and not treated as we deserve.
Being a women , being athletic and stylish, and wearing feminine clothing is our right. It’s also our right to feel stylish and feminine too – having the right to be free to express ourselves. It will also keep your muscles and ligaments more supple and reduce the likelihood of injury, meaning more time riding – that got you interested didn’t it! Yoga is also useful for your mental well-being and increased mindfulness, as you suddenly start to wonder ‘why haven’t I tried Yoga before!’ Don’t worry, we’ve come to your physical and mental health rescue, as we explore the benefits of Yoga for cyclists – that’s what I am here for.
