SIGR SVERIGELOPPET BLACK CYCLING JERSEY FOR MEN

You may be thinking “that’s a mouth full”, but it’s rather a classy name. You see, Sverigeloppet is the name of Sweden’s Grand Tour cycle race which you too can participate in if you have the legs for it. It’s a mind blowing grand tour across Sweden. My colleague Dianne and I were both sent this jersey to test out. I can only imagine riding on the stunning roads around the Cote D’azur where she lives and plays but stick with me, the Yorkshire Dales has its charms and of course a hill or several.

So, we already know Sigr has been inspired by the racing heritage of a Swedish Grand Tour race, but more than that – also by the landscape that plays host to it. This jersey has a bold asymmetrical design, comprising large panels of vibrant colour against a black base and a subtle pattern with a cycling secret hidden within. The pattern is an abstract take on the contour lines that tell the story of the topography of a landscape of Sweden. Super lightweight and super comfortable as with all of Sigr’s clothing. Mesh ventilation panels allow your body to breathe when working hard on hills or flat and fast stretches plus it has UV sun protection built into the fabric. Robust YKK zips throughout. Three pockets on the back for all your goodies and a zipped valuables pocket plus a hidden headphone cable hole within. These are sewn onto a robust internal cloth patch and have an elasticated top line. This jersey stays where it should be when riding and looks great too. Lastly Sigr branding is reflective so you will be seen in low light conditions.
