The ALÉ PRR Graphics Green Jersey is just about perfect for those colder days in late autumn and the warmer days of winter, and spring. Not only that, but it’s also “green” and here I don’t mean the color ?? It’s made for riding ideally when the temperature is between 10 and 16 °, and I think that it works well in keeping me warm at these times.
The jersey is made from mainly recycled fabrics, yes! Which when we all need to do more to save the planet, it’s kind of cool to see. Here’s the details…

Yes, over 80% of material is recycled, which is the way that all brands need to go. However, what’s the jersey actually like? I think that it’s very important to feel good in lycra. In summer season is something legit and accurate, but if you can feel like this in winter or cold weather too, then it’s perfect! It’s crucial to feel comfortable in your cycling clothes. The kit you wear must feel like it’s a part of you, so it won’t cause you any trouble while training and being focused on the bike.
The jersey is a slim or race fit long sleeved jersey. It has a high collar and quite long cuffs, both of which help to keep the cold at bay, with the tight cuffs allowing gloves to fit over the wrists easily too. The material at the front is breathable but heavy enough to keep the cold air out and you warm. Working hard, you don’t feel uncomfortable at all, as the material is 4-way stretch and strong with lots of movement. It also means that it clings nicely to my body and helps me to look good 😉
This super stylish and modern looking jersey is part of the ALÉ PRR Pro Race Ready range, so you’d expect a close fit and high performance, and it really delivers this. Riding hard in the hills of Transylvania the jersey feels really like a second skin, fitting perfectly in every aspect. I also like the combination of colours, blue and light pink, two of my favourites. It is feminine enough due to the colours and balanced due to the combination of design style with the colours.
The front is made from elastic, windproof and water-resistant Denali WTS Thermo Softshell with warm fine fleece interior, insert made from elastic, warm and breathable Thermo Green Winterlycra, body-mapped, cycle-specific, tight Race fit with flatlock seams. Long, ergonomic stand-up collar with soft lining, full-length, reflective front zip with anti-chafing flaps both at the top and bottom end. Completed with three-compartment rear pocket elastic, tight laser cut Stretch cuffs and elastic hem and finished with reflective design elements.
It has 3 deep pockets that are well made and keep items tight and not flapping around, which I like. And I also like the stylish touches, like the subtle logo additions and the trim at the bottom of the jersey back, and the combination of colours and different materials which are specific for the body type and shape. This is definitely a high quality and stylish modern jersey for cold weather. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and everything about this jersey is well designed and well put together, with body mapping panels and the highest quality materials – recycled materials 🙂
In summary, I’d say that if you want to feel good and enjoy the rides to the fullest, you must definitely try the Ale cycling kits, and especially their autumn/ winter ranges. Trust me, It worth’s it – 100%.
