DS PRO WILD CHERRY CYCLING KIT

Larisa Chinces, Deputy Executive Editor

PreviousNext

The DS PRO CYCLING brand designs cycling kits specifically for ladies and their unique body forms, looks and comfort, without compromising high performance. For this summer I choose the super cute Wild Cherry kit. It’s material gives it an elegant and professional look. Has a great design and choice of colours, it’s fitted and comfortable. The imprint of cherries gives it a lovely summerish look which I really like.

The navy blue color covers the most of the kit, but with the red details on the end of the bibs and on the cherries makes it to stands out. All of this is elegantly trimmed with the wide silicon hem, ensuring a perfect fit to keep it in place.

The jersey has the traditional three pockets, have enough space for a spare inner tube, phone, energy bars/gels or other portable stuff you want to take while cycling. It has technical aero fabric on the side panels and across the shoulders, to maximise and to support breathability and performance, with air allowed to circulate easily through the ribbed design.

The bib shorts are very comfortable. The chamois feels good and it’s very carefully made to give you some soft cushion on the saddle, breathable material and a snug fit, which most shorts have. What I like about the bib shorts it’s the material because it’s quality made and more importantly it’s comfortable. What I also like it’s the great leg compression and silicone grips on the legs. The wide elasticated straps bands are very elastic to provide ultimate comfort and grip so they don’t slip.

Base layers are crucial in your cycling outfit, in both warm and cool conditions. The DS Pro base layer is super light breathable dries quickly, and is composed of wicking mesh, maxmising temperature regualtion and keeping you simply cool and comfortable, allowing you to concentrate on riding.

DS Pro only produce kit for us ladies, meaning that style and performance is sewn into every garment. We all like to have great kit, but we need to look good too, and this kit from DS Pro ensures that we do 😉
